Leadership Lawton/Ft. Sill

Leadership Lawton-Fort Sill includes a mentorship program designed to provide class members personal contact with recognized area leaders. Six individuals are chosen each year to serve as mentors for the current year's class.  The mentors come from a variety of organizational backgrounds. Each mentor meets with every student in small groups once during the program year.

The following documents are provided for your use:

Mentor Instructions for the Class Members.  This form outlines what is expected of class members for each mentoring session.

Mentor Session Feedback Form.  This form is to be completed after each mentoring session.  It provides your opinion of the session that was conducted.  You can choose to download the form or submitting in online by clicking the appropriate link.
